The “Milkshake” singer is due to release her first album since 2017’s comeback album”Rainbow”. The new record is to be titled High Road and will land in December this year.

Kesha shared details in a social media post, writing: “Animals!!!! I’m so excited to announce that my album High Road is coming! I feel like this time around I reconnected to the unrestrained joy and wildness that’s always been a part of me, and in this process, I have had the most fun I’ve ever had making a record.”

She added: “I hope you love it as much as I loved making it, and know I always have y’all in mind.”

The post was followed by a trailer for the record which you can view below.

The trailer begins with a clip from an old-fashioned vacation advert. The clip is then interrupted by snippets of new music from Kesha long with her sharing her new philosophy.

She says: “Life is a vacation from where we go when we die.”

High Roads will be released in December 2019.
