]]>That’s exactly what happened, but the bros managed to exceed our wildest expectations by having the biggest-selling debut of the year!
In addition to making it to the top of Billboard 200 chart, Happiness Begins ended up selling 414,000 album-equivalent units since its debut on June 7th. To make the whole thing even better, it’s the largest sales week for an album since 2017, when Taylor Swift dropped her hit record Reputation.
The bros couldn’t hide their excitement after learning how great their album did on the charts, and Nick Jonas shared a heartfelt message with the fans, thanking them for their support along the way.
“We set out to make a record that embodied the happiness we feel after having been through so much together. The fact that this music has connected with people in this way means the world us. Thank you for believing in us. We love you,” wrote Nick on Instagram.

]]>The bros will hit the road on August 7, when their tour officially kicks off at the American Airlines Arena in Miami. Florida’s biggest city seems like the perfect spot for the start of their tour since that’s exactly where they recently filmed a retro video for their latest single “Cool”.
Jonas Brothers will have some time to get back in the game before this concert tour since they’re scheduled to perform at the several festivals in the meantime. They’re set to appear at the iHeartRadio Wango Tango and Capital’s Summertime Ball this June.
Both of these events will serve as a perfect opportunity to promote their fifth studio album “Happiness Begins”. This is their first joint record in ten years, and it’s set to be released on June 7.

]]>Their fifth studio album is scheduled for a June 7 release, meaning it will hit the shelves almost ten years after their previous album. Their reunion was a long time coming, and Nick Jonas explained how it all came to be during an interview on The Morning Mash Up on SiriusXM.
“We started making a documentary about a year and a half ago… What happened though, is we started spending a lot of time together and I think we all kind of felt that there was a magic and there is a magic when we’re together that we really missed,” said Nick.
We’ll have to wait a little bit more for the bros to drop their new album, but we kind of know what it’s going to sound like. They already dropped two singles – “Sucker” and “Cool” – and it’s safe to expect a couple more before Happiness Begins officially comes out.
