]]>This week brought several amazing new albums our way, and Mitski’s The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We is definitely the most exciting new release. This LP features a total of 11 songs – each one deserving of a spot on our list – but “My Love Mine All Mine” is our personal favorite.
Diddy also surprised us with his first album in years, The Love Album: Off the Grid, which features countless A-list collaborations. “Other One Of Me” was released as its latest single and it saw the iconic rapper join forces with The Weeknd, 21 Savage, and French Montana.
The rest of our list features an interesting mix of genres, ranging from hip-hop and EDM to pop and alternative rock. Drake’s collaboration with SZA, “Slime You Out”, is one of the week’s buzziest new releases, but our list also includes new music from Doja Cat, Tate McRae, Sia, Sufjan Stevens, and All Time Low.

]]>The release, which was recorded back in May, is the first installment in the series since 2009. It also represents Max B’s first project in almost a decade.
The mixtape came together when producer Paul Couture started working on new songs with Max B and French Montana wanted to hear the results of those sessions. Montana liked what he heard and wanted to take part in it. The duo then embarked on marathon studio sessions over the course of one week which resulted in Coke Wave 4.
Following the release of the new mixtape, Max B decided to set the record straight about the title of the Coke Wave series.
“Everybody has this thing mixed up that we’re talking about actual coke product,” – he explained. “When we came up with the Coke Wave concept, it was always about the hustle, the grind. When we started, French was in the DVD game. I was doing my thing, had worked with Jim [Jones, the New York rapper behind hits like ‘We Fly High’, which Max B helped write] and all them. So we both had some buzz in the streets. We thought we would come together and put his visual skills with my audio skills. But it’s not about drugs — it’s about the way we took the music and flipped it to make a profit.”

Jora Frantzis-directed video features everything from carousels and crystal balls to pole dancing, staying true to its carnival theme. J.Lo’s glitzy outfits are equally eye-catching and fashion experts can’t get enough of her amazing Zuhair Murad jumpsuit.
It’s unclear if “Medicine” will be featured on her next studio album, but the singer hinted she’s working on one. It should accompany the release of her next movie Hustlers, but this is not the only exciting project she’s working on right now. Jennifer Lopez is also getting ready for her upcoming “It’s My Party Tour”, in celebration of her 50th birthday.
