]]>This Friday marked the release of numerous new albums, but none of them created more buzz than The Weeknd’s long-awaited record Hurry Up Tomorrow. It’s a collection of 21 brand-new songs, each one amazing in its own right, and we singled out “Cry For Me” as one of the early favorites.
This has also been a pretty epic week for amazing collaborations. We’ve seen many of our favorite indie artists join forces, starting with Sasami and Clairo, whose duet “In Love With A Memory” is the best of both worlds.
James Bay and Jon Batiste partnered up for “Sunshine in the Room”, while Jamie xx and Erykah Badu rocked our world with their unexpected collaboration “F.U.” Indie rock darlings Julien Baker and Torres impressed us with their new duet “Sylvia”.
The rest of our list is equally amazing, and it features brand-new tracks from a wide range of genres, from country to R&B. Stick around to discover new songs by The Lumineers, Cat Burns, Jessie Reyez, Zach Bryan, and Nessa Barrett.

]]>Erykah Badu is an artist who sings from the soul and takes listeners on their own spiritual journey. Her lyrics are sometimes playful and sometimes deadly serious and are accompanied by a unique arrangement of jazz and hiphop music. Watch her play “Rimshot” and “Green Eyes” in this special short set.
Anderson Paak & The Free Nationals take inspiration from an eclectic set of genres and produce a soulful combination of everything with hip-hop roots. Watch them blow the audience away with “Come Down” “Heart Don’t Stand A Chance” “Put Me Thru” and “Suede”.
These twin sisters tap into their Afro-Cuban roots to create mind-blowing music which transcends cultural boundaries. Watch them play “Oddudua” “Deathless” “Valé” and “Transmission/Michaelion”.
Tom Misch and his band ooze talent and that sweet jazzy flavor. Their complex rhythms keep the audience on their toes and they continuously surprise and impress. Watch them play “It Runs Through Me” “I Wish” and “Movie” here.
This powerful and ambient performance showcases Jorja Smith’s remarkable vocal talent. Watch her play “On My Mind” “Teenage Fantasy” and “Blue Lights” at her dimly lit, atmospheric Tinky Desk concert.
