]]>Halsey dedicated her latest rager to young women who are “screaming till the veins in their necks raise under warm skin”, and she obviously took a page from the book. “Nightmare” is her most unapologetic song to date, and it embraces rightful anger with grace we don’t see very often.
To make the whole thing even better, the music video for Halsey’s latest single features cameos from model Cara Delevingne and none other than Blondie frontwoman Debbie Harry. Countless hairstyles and wardrobe changes also make an appearance.
“Nightmare” should be featured on Halsey’s third studio album, which is due to be released later this year. The young singer previously described the process of writing it as a lesson in forgiving herself and being proud and kind to herself.

]]>This musical drama made some waves when it premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last year, and it finally hit theaters in the US this month. It tells the story of a washed-out grunge star, Becky Something (Elisabeth Moss), who descends into addiction and self-destruction after experiencing brief success with her band Something She.
Moss wasn’t the only one who got to show off her musical talent in this movie. Delevingne, Benson, and Gelula proved that they’re a match made in heaven as the Akergirls. A short clip from Her Smell shows the trio perfectly channeling the grunge movement in their song “Can’t Wait”.
The video for the song has a very retro feel, and it shows the three stars performing their catchy tune on a rooftop of a tall building. Take a listen and decide for yourself – would you have gone to see the Akergirls live if they were actually a real band.
