]]>Minogue will be following in the footsteps of the previous Global Icon Award recipients Elton John, Robbie Williams, David Bowie, and Taylor Swift, and she’s beyond thrilled to be joining a roll call of such incredible artists.
“The U.K. has always been a home from home so the Brits have a very special place in my heart. I have some amazing memories from the awards over the years and I can’t wait to be back on the Brits stage,” said Minogue in a statement.
To make the whole thing even better, this isn’t the only honorary award that Minogue will collect next month. She’s also been chosen as the recipient of Billboard Women in Music’s Icon Award.
The 2024 Brit Awards will take place on March 2 at The O2 Arena in London, with Clara Amfo, Maya Jama, and Roman Kemp co-hosting the show. Raye is coming into the night as the most-nominated artist with seven nods, and she’s been announced as one of the performers alongside Minogue and Dua Lipa.
