There has been no date given for when the new music will be released. However one of the songs, called “I Still Have Faith in You,” will be performed live in December on a TV broadcast by the BBC and NBC.

ABBA’s spokesman Gorel Hanser spoke about the new material and said: “The sound will be familiar, but also modern.”

The studio sessions were “like old times,” she told Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet.

“Easy as anything. It didn’t feel weird that they hadn’t been in the studio together for 35 years.”

Hanser also went on to confirm that the group will not perform live during their upcoming tour, but rather holograms will be used.

“No, you can not expect them to join forces on stage again,” she said. “They will not do that.”
