]]>Streisand’s new song is a touching ode to survivors and victims of the Holocaust, and she recorded it alongside the London Symphony Orchestra, conducted by William Ross.
“I wanted to sing ‘Love Will Survive’ in the context of this series, as a way of remembering the six million souls who were lost less than 80 years ago. And also to say that even in the darkest of times, the power of love can triumph and endure,” said Streisand in a statement.
Claire Mundell, one of the executive producers of The Tattooist of Auschwitz, said they’re deeply honored to be working with Streisand. She praised her for crafting the most beautiful song that perfectly sums up the key message of this series.
“Love Will Survive” marks Streisand’s first release of original material since her album Walls from 2018. Despite failing to reach the top ten on the Billboard 200 chart, it was nominated for the best traditional pop vocal album at the Grammy Awards.

Del Rey thanked Eilish for hitting the Coachella stage by her side, and described her as the voice of a generation, adding that “Ocean Eyes” is her favorite song by Eilish.
Eilish has been very vocal about her admiration for Del Rey long before joining her at Coachella. She interviewed her for Interview Magazine just last year and opened up about Del Rey’s impact on her music.

]]>It’s been five years since the release of Bring Me the Horizon’s last studio album Amo in 2019, but they followed up its release with Post Human: Survival Horror. This is one of the four projects they wanted to release under the Post Human moniker, and Post Human: Nex Gen will serve as its spiritual successor.
The British band teased its release by sharing a video of a futuristic robot, which ends with a cryptic message – “It’s time for a new era. Initializing NeX GEn.”
“You cling to your virtual identity as if it were your very soul. Pathetic. I’m here to wipe away the detritus of your existence. All these thoughts, these memories, they are but a fleeting echo in an endless void. And just like that, you cease to exist in a digital realm,” says the robot in the video.
Post Human: Nex Gen still doesn’t have an official release date, after being pushed from August 2023 to this year. Bring Me the Horizon released several singles expected to be featured on this album, most recently “Darkside” and “Kool-Aid”.

After weeks of anticipation, Eilish finally announced her third studio album will be titled Hit Me Hard and Soft, and it’s coming our way on May 17. The album’s cover shows the singer floating in deep blue water below a white door.
Eilish revealed she’s not planning to drop any singles ahead of the album’s release, saying “I wanna give it to you all at once.” She also recommended listening to the songs in chronological order because they’ll “[hit] you hard and soft both lyrically and sonically while bending genres and defying trends along the way.”
Eilish’s last album Happier Than Ever came out in 2021, but she’s been pretty busy in the meantime. Her latest single “What Was I Made For?” was featured in Barbie, and it won her the Academy Award for best original song, which she shared with her brother Finneas O’Connell.

]]>The music video for the band’s latest song was directed by Andrew Donoho, and it looks straight out of Indian Jones movies. It sees the frontman Dan Reynolds embarking on an epic adventure in an ancient dreamlike world, but it’s later revealed these were just visions he was having after a car crash.
“Eyes Closed” is one of Imagine Dragons’ most experimental songs to date, and it blends together the elements of rap, rock, pop, and dubstep. Reynolds revealed its lyrics came together after the band took some time off the road, allowing him to go back to the sonic places that originally brought him the most joy.
“The world looks much different after being a band for more than a decade. But some things will always remain the same. It’s finding that right balance of nostalgia and freshness that brings me the most joy in the studio. We had a lot of fun making this one and hope you enjoy it too,” said Reynolds in a statement.
