]]>The music video for “BOKeTE” explores the themes of nostalgia and pain, which are at the heart of his latest studio album. He can be seen walking along the beach, dining on his own, having conversations on the phone, and dancing with himself while singing about a lost love and regret.
At one point, Bad Bunny gazes directly into the camera and delivers a bittersweet monologue in Spanish: “Thank God I’m alive, and that’s what matters. I’ve fallen in love 515 times, and with you, it’s 516. It’s time to keep going, to fight, to push forward, and maybe later, if we fall in love again…”
“BOKeTE” was released as one of the songs from Bad Bunny’s latest album Debí Tirar Más Fotos, which also produced singles “El Clúb”, “Pitorro de Coco”, and “Baile Inolvidable”, in addition to the Billboard Global 200 number-one hit “DTMF”. He described it as his most personal album to date, and said it’s “dedicated to all the Puerto Ricans in the entire world.”

]]>Something Beautiful is hitting the shelves on May 30, while the accompanying musical film is coming out on June 20. Cyrus described it as “a unique visual experience fueled by fantasy” and revealed that fashion will play an important role in this project, which will feature archival couture by Thierry Mugler, Jean Paul Gaultier, Alexander McQueen, and Alaïa.
Cyrus teased the album by sharing cover art captured by fashion photographer Glen Luchford, which sees her wearing one of Mugler’s designs from 1997. The singer also revealed she used Pink Floyd’s The Wall as her main source of inspiration, adding she felt like “making The Wall, but with a better wardrobe and more glamorous and filled with pop culture.”
Cyrus also told Harper’s BAZAAR she wanted every song on Something Beautiful to have healing properties.
“The songs, whether they’re about destruction or heartbreak or death, they’re presented in a way that is beautiful, because the nastiest times of our life do have a point of beauty. They are the shadow, they are the charcoal, they are the shading. You can’t have a painting without highlights and contrast,” explained Cyrus.

]]>Swift defeated tough competition to win the award for the artist of the year, in addition to coming out victorious in eight more categories. The Tortured Poets Department was named the best pop album of the year, while “Fortnight” ft. Post Malone won awards for best lyrics and music video.
Swift wasn’t in attendance at the ceremony, but she tuned in via video to accept the award for tour of the century for her record-breaking The Eras Tour. She described it as the most gratifying thing she’s ever done and thanked the fans for making it happen.
“The only reason I was able to take on those challenges, among others, the ambition of the production, the length of the show, the amount of shows in all the different countries we played in, that’s all because of the fans. You had the passion and the generosity to care about traveling to see us on tour in all these places all over the world,” said Swift.
The 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards took place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on March 17, with LL Cool J serving as a host.

]]>Doechii originally performed “Anxiety” in a music session on her YouTube channel in 2019, but it took years for its studio version to see the light of day. She addressed her fans by writing, “Swamp, I heard y’all loud n clear!” and shared a visualizer that features two mirrored black-and-white images of herself, connected by her braids.
The song samples Gotye’s megahit “Somebody That I Used to Know” ft. Kimbra, and it started trending on TikTok in recent weeks, inspiring Doechii to seize the moment and drop it as a single. A sample of “Anxiety” was previously featured on Sleepy Hallow’s track of the same name from 2023.
Doechii didn’t have a huge following when “Anxiety” was first released, but her fans rediscovered it as her star rose in recent months. She made quite a splash with her latest mixtape Alligator Bites Never Heal, which won her a Grammy Award for the best rap album and produced hit singles “Nissan Altima” and “Denial Is a River”.

]]>Lamar didn’t rely on his biggest hits to make an impact with his Super Bowl performance and opted for a setlist that highlights his recent catalog. Some of the songs were taken from his deeper catalog, but most of them were released just last year, including “Squabble Up” and “TV Off” from his most recent album GNX.
Lamar also used his Super Bowl performance to take shots at Drake, cementing his triumph in their ongoing feud. The viral diss track “Not Like Us” was the highlight of his halftime show, and he brought out Serena Williams for a crip walk while the entire stadium sang along.
Williams wasn’t the only surprise guest to make an appearance alongside Lamar. SZA joined him for an epic rendition of “Luther” and “All the Stars”, while the beloved actor Samuel L. Jackson made a cameo as Uncle Sam. Lamar signed off with “TV Off” alongside Mustard, taking a swaggering victory lap while the lights at the top of the stadium spelled out the words “Game Over.”

Lady Gaga discussed the release of Mayhem with Elle and said it’s about following your own chaos into whatever cranny of your life it takes you to.
“The chaos I thought was long gone is fully intact and ready to greet me whenever I’d like. Part of the message of even the first song on the album is that your demons are with you in the beginning and they are with you in the end, and I don’t mean it in a bleak way,” she told Elle.
Lady Gaga described Mayhem as the return to the pop music her earliest fans loved so much. She also cited ’90s alternative, electro-grunge, Prince and Bowie melodies, guitar and attitude, funky bass lines, French electronic dance, and analog synths as her main influences for this record.
